Biasa artspace aims to develop an inclusive and progressive platform for the recognition of talented, mostly young and previously unexposed Indonesian artists. Our interaction with the artists is as important to us as their work, as we seek to create a strong networking system which can allow a free channel of communication and expression between members of the art community.

Biasa artspace focuses on the contemporary; we aim to become a nucleus where creative, conceptual and avant-garde art can be fostered and promoted, pushing the limits of the generally constrained art market.

Since our establishment, we have hosted a unique series of solo and group exhibitions, provided a convergence for artistic and intellectual inspiration, and subsequently grown as a recognised name in the Indonesian art circles.
